Chef Danial Fink graduated from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill in 2014 with a degree in the culinary arts, and has since trained under a variety of talented chefs. These chefs showed Danial the necessity for real, quality ingredients, stressing the importance of knowing where our food is coming from. Dundaa's Kitchen is a result of Danial's passion for delicious food made from farm fresh ingredients paired with his experience and love for fine dining restaurants. Combining seasonal & local ingredients with elegant, herbaceous dishes he brings you a dining experience you won't forget. Danial treats each plate as a work of art, & finds his inspiration in the beauty of nature.
